Dead Mary released in UK and Japan

The horror film Dead Mary which features the Evolved Monkey song and video for 'We Are Here' has been released on DVD in the UK, Japan and other region 2 countries. The DVD is available at HMV, Amazon, Borders, etc, and the promo video for the song can be viewed in our preview section.

Dead Mary has been released in cinemas and on DVD in the US and Canada. The film features the EvoMon track 'We Are Here', with the promotional video included in the DVD's special features section. The video can be viewed in our preview section.

'We Are Here' to be used in feature film 'Dead Mary'

EvoMon are currently working with Dynamite Sync on signing a deal with Canadian film production company PeaceArch Entertainment to license their music for use in its forthcoming horror film 'Dead Mary'.

The film will feature Evolved Monkeys' track 'We Are Here' which you can listen to in the Preview Area of this site (see left), on our MySpace page, or purchase from the IndieStore website (see below).

Further to this, the promotional video produced by EvoMon for We Are Here (see left) will be included in the extras section of the Dead Mary DVD release, available at a later date.


Dead Mary is in the latter stages of production with a release date TBA.

Dynamite Sync Episode 1 Showreel released

The Evolved Monkey single 'We Are Here' is now available on the Dynamite Sync 'Episode 1' CD release, out on the Bison Manoeuvres label.

Dynamite says: "Episode 1  is the first of our showreel series essentially all about breakthrough artists who really do live and breathe their music. Mostly emerging acts but often gems that might not have been given the attention they deserve."

Evolved Monkey sign to Dynamite Sync

Evolved Monkey have signed an agreement with Dynamite Sync to promote Evolved Monkey musical works for licensing. Dynamite Sync is a music licensing company set up by Danny Jones (ex Skint Records) and Sean Phillips (Bison Manoeuvres Music) and is dually based in London and Toronto.
